Upgrade
May be with time an otherwise successful existing DBMS is currently facing problems (minor/major). This is due to change is your business requirements. We here in Atlas perform custom database upgrade to suite current client needs and may be also to some extent compatible with proposed future needs of the client. We also ensure that the functionality existing system is in no way effected during the upgrade process and the down time in minimum.
Migration
Atlas also provides its clients with database migration solutions. This involves moving flat data from one system to a different relational database, import & export databases, data cleanup and repairing services. Migration may also include minor database changes i.e. addition or modification of existing data to support the new platform.
Backup & Recovery
Atlas follows fool-proof backup procedures for database e.g. Son-Father-Grandfather method (where last three generations of data are always backed up in archive method ensuring minimal storage cost). We also incorporate ready-made backup & recovery procedures in our customized database solutions.
