Programmer/Analyst:

Programmer/Analyst to perform the following: Plan, develop, design, implement, test and document new or existing computer systems; customize packages based on user needs; interact extensively with user groups with regard to various functionalities and provide application training and support during advanced stages of implementation; provide solutions for various software problems; supervise four employees.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering and 3 years of experience in position offered or as Software Engineer with verifiable references. Alternative equivalent qualifications: 3 years of college education in Computer Science or Engineering and 4 years of experience in position offered or as Software Engineer with verifiable references.

Additional requirements:

Proficiency in COM, VBA, Visual Studio, ActiveX, ADO, ODBC, XML, Crystal Reports, Visual Source Safe, Rational ClearQuest, software development and server administration in E-commerce, Intranet and Client/Server applications, Access, Oracle8i, MS-SQL, T-SQL, PL/SQL, Internet Information Server 4/5, Crystal Enterprise Server 8; Microsoft Certified Professional in VisualBasic 6.0 and SQL Server 7.0. 40 hours/week. 9:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m. Place of Employment: Downtown Chicago, IL. U.S. work authorization required. Employer is willing to accept any suitable combination of work experience, education and training that is equivalent to the actual minimum requirements of the position and shows demonstrable ability in the required skill sets.
