Local Back Up
This will ensure automatic, reliable back up of all data and applications to a local NAS.

• Data can be backed up as often as each 15 minutes to Network Attached Storage (NAS) unit located in office.
• There will be no usage of unreliable tapes; instead everything will be backed up to redundant hard drives.
• All data and applications will be backed up which leaves the client with no need for Exchange, SQL or open file agents.
• Full restoration of files as required or requested by the client can be by Atlas.
• Client data will be monitored 24/7 by the Atlas team

Atlas Back Up Recovery Capability
This module provides the client with the ability to recover all files or entire servers within an hour. This will enable the highest levels of business continuity in the event of an emergency. If any of your server crashes, the NAS (Network Attached Storage) can quickly be provisioned to temporarily take over in place of the failed server with all applications, data and settings available.
Disaster Recovery Capability
This mainly is the offsite replication of data to secure data centers. The copies of client data can be kept off-site and only in the event of an emergency when the local backup is destroyed; offsite copies of data provides for quick business recovery. The Atlas’ team can have the replacement server with all client data shipped to the company next-day by air and get the business back to normal.

Security

• Data is always encrypted before it leaves the servers, only Atlas can access the encryption key
• Each file encrypted using 256-bit AES encryption technology. 256AES encrypted data cannot be read without corresponding keys; encrypted data cannot be misused even if stolen

Routine Retrieval Testing
Client data is stored (in encrypted form) in two secure online data backup centers. Images are tested monthly to ensure they can be restored in the event of data loss.
